أعلن مركز “العرب” للأبحاث والدراسات 2050، عن صدور العدد الرابع من مجلة «العرب» الطبعة الدولية (نوفمبر 2025)، حافلًا بملفات فكرية وثقافية ودبلوماسية مهمة تعكس الحضور العربي المتجدد في مجالات الفكر والتنمية والحوار الحضاري.
تصدر افتتاحية العدد مقال بقلم المفكر العربي الكبير علي محمد الشرفاء الحمادي، الذي نشر بعنوان «القرآن مفتاح العزة وبوابة النصر»، تناول فيها أهمية العودة إلى كتاب الله العزيز باعتباره منهج الحياة الإلهي القادر على إعادة الأمة إلى مجدها ووحدتها وعزتها.
وأكد الشرفاء أن القرآن الكريم هو دستور الإصلاح والعدل والرحمة، وأن النصر الحقيقي لا يتحقق إلا بالرجوع إلى قيمه ومبادئه، وقد نُشر المقال بلغات متعددة — الإنجليزية، والفرنسية، والإسبانية، والسواحلية – تأكيدًا على الطابع العالمي لرسالة الإسلام الإنسانية التي يدعو إليها المفكر الشرفاء الحمادي، وعلى سعي المجلة لإيصال الفكر العربي المستنير إلى جمهور واسع من القرّاء حول العالم.
وضم العدد مجموعة من الملفات المتنوعة، من أبرزها:
تقرير خاص عن الافتتاح الأسطوري للمتحف المصري الكبير، الذي كتبه الكاتب الصحفي عبدالغني دياب، يوثّق الحدث العالمي بحضور زعماء العالم ويبرز رسالة مصر الحضارية الداعية إلى الحوار والسلام.
تقرير خاص عن مشاركة رسالة السلام بمؤتمر التعايش بين الشعوب في موسكو بعنوان “من قلب العاصمة الروسية موسكو.. مؤسسة رسالة السلام العالمية: نموذج حضاري لتجديد الخطاب الإسلامي وبناء التعايش بين الشعوب”.
تقرير عن مشاركة “رسالة السلام” في معرض الكتاب الدولي بنواكشوط بعنوان “إشادة دولية بأفكار الشرفاء الحمادي في معرض نواكشوط الدولي للكتاب والحضور الاستثنائي لوفد المؤسسة”.
ملف “السودان بين الحرب والسلام” بقلم علي فوزي، مترجم إلى الفرنسية، يتناول مبادرة الرباعية الدولية وجهود مصر في دعم الاستقرار السوداني.
مقال “نهر النيل… شريان الحياة ورمز البقاء” بقلم الباحث رامي زهدي، الذي يناقش مكانة مصر في قيادة دبلوماسية التعاون المائي في أفريقيا والعالم.

Al Arab Center for Research and Studies announced the issuance of the fourth international edition of Al Arab Magazine (November 2025). The issue is rich in intellectual, cultural, and diplomatic topics that reflect the renewed Arab presence in the fields of thought, development, and civilized dialogue.
The editorial of the issue was written by the great Arab thinker Ali Mohamed Elshorafa Elhamadi, under the title “The Qur’an: The Key to Dignity and the Gateway to Victory.” It discusses the importance of returning to the Holy Qur’an as the divine Sharia capable of restoring the nation’s glory, unity, and dignity.
Elshorafa affirmed that the Holy Qur’an is the constitution of reform, justice, and mercy, and that true victory cannot be achieved without returning to its values and principles. The essay was published in several languages, including English, French, Spanish, and Swahili, affirming the universal nature of the Islamic message that Elshorafa advocates, and the magazine’s aim to deliver the Arab enlightening thought to a wider audience around the world.
The edition includes a number of diverse reports and files, the most prominent of which are:
• A special report on the legendary inauguration of the Grand Egyptian Museum, written by Mr. Abdelghani Diab. It documents the international event attended by world leaders and highlights Egypt’s civilized message calling for dialogue and peace.
• A report on the participation of the Peace Message Foundation in the conference on coexistence among nations, entitled “From the Heart of the Russian Capital Moscow… A Civilized Model for Renewing Islamic Discourse and Building Coexistence among Nations.”
• A report on the participation of the Peace Message Foundation in the International Book Fair in Nouakchott, entitled “International Recognition of Elshorafa Elhamadi’s Ideas at the Nouakchott International Book Fair and the Exceptional Presence of the Foundation’s Delegation.”
• A file entitled “Sudan between War and Peace” by Ali Fawzi, translated into French, which tackles the role of the international quartet initiative and Egypt’s efforts in supporting Sudanese stability.
• An essay entitled “The Nile River… The Artery of Life and the Symbol of Existence” by researcher Rami Zohdi, discussing Egypt’s leadership in water diplomacy and cooperation in Africa and the world.
